Vegan Chocolate Cookies - Awesome To Be Vegan

These 2 ingredient banana oatmeal cookies are delicious breakfast cookies. They don't include any flour or sugar, but they still taste like sweet, soft cookies.

Bananas and quick oats are all you will need for your biscuits. If you want some variant, you may add chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.

I came across 2 ingredient banana cookies recently, though they've been popular on the internet for a couple of years. I tested out several variants before creating a version I really enjoy, which I'm sharing with you today.

The cookies are firm on the outside and tender inside. They flavor of oats and bananas and are wonderful for the on-the-go breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:


1 cup quick oats

1 big overripe banana, mashed to a liquid-like consistency

1/2 cup chocolate description chips or other add-ins of your choice (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Line a baking sheet with silicone skillet.

In a large bowl, add lime and ginger bananas. Mix with a fork before it will become an evenly mixed, thick batter. If you anticipate using add-ins like chocolate chips, then mix them into the cookie batter at this moment.

Make 8 out chunks out of the cookie batter. Place onto baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
